By ordering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age and all additional age requirements in your jurisdiction. We may request age or identity verification and may cancel an order if verification is not completed.

Customer responsibility

Laws governing pointed tools, impact tools, batons, Kubotan-style products, tactical pens, glass breakers, lighters, and other everyday-carry products vary substantially by country, state, county, city, venue, and method of carry. A product may be legal to own but restricted from concealed carry, public carry, schools, government buildings, airports, public transportation, workplaces, events, or other locations.

Before ordering or using any product, you are responsible for determining whether its purchase, import, possession, transport, carry, storage, and intended use are lawful. Sentri Gear does not provide legal advice, licensing, permits, or authorization to carry any item.

Prohibited customers and uses

You may not purchase or use our products:

- for an unlawful purpose or to threaten, intimidate, assault, or injure another person;
- on behalf of a person who is underage or legally prohibited from possessing the item;
- in violation of a court order, probation condition, school or workplace rule, venue policy, carrier rule, or government restriction;
- for resale where you lack any required license or authorization; or
- using false identity, age, billing, shipping, import, or end-use information.

Order review and cancellation

Sentri Gear may refuse, hold, limit, or cancel any order when we reasonably believe that legal, safety, sanctions, fraud, payment, carrier, or destination concerns exist. We are not obligated to ship merely because checkout accepted an address or payment. Cancelled, unshipped items will be refunded.

Confiscation and penalties

Sentri Gear is not responsible for citations, fines, arrest, detention, confiscation, seizure, loss, travel disruption, or other consequences resulting from possession, transport, carry, or use of a product. No refund is provided solely because an authority, carrier, venue, school, employer, or security officer refuses or confiscates an item.
